Ready-to-use commercial grade, polyurethane construction sealant for sealing cracks, construction joints, doors, windows, siding, roofing, gutters, sills, thresholds, basements, vents, skylights, wall penetrations, and precast panels. Superior adhesion to most common building materials including concrete, wood, brick, aluminum steel, glass, tile, marble, stone, and etched PVC. Seals out radon gas. Permanently elastic, cures to a tough, durable, flexible consistency with exceptional resistance to cutting, tearing, aging, and weathering. Will not harden or shrink. Paintable, sandable, and stainable after cure. Meets or exceeds Federal specifications TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25.
